A slightly larger cheese slicer with extra long ferrule and stainless steel end cap for a simple and fun turn-between-centres kit.

Made from stainless steel the blade is mirror polished and measures 82mm in length, 1.4mm blade thickness

I made a knife using Berberis wood, handle slightly longer than the blade when finished. It looks good, and has a good weight when assembled. I've made a few more now
