Quality didn’t seem to be very good compared to other box hinges. Looking at the finish on both the antique copper and the silver both looked cheap, especially the silver, which was more like chrome looking. Personally I would not buy these again and certainly wouldn’t use the silver one, it distracts from the quality of the turned piece.

We do sell a premium box hinge at 60mm of our own design a much more heavy duty product. We have updated the description to reflect the chrome colour on what was previously described as silver colour.

Received in good order. Shipment was prompt. I have used these hinges earlier and they are of excellent quality. Would recommend these to woodturners. The video on the website showing how fit them is very good too. Will purchase more in the future.
