We always work with customers to find a fair solution to any problems, they are rare but of course do happen from time to time. We work hard to make sure we keep our customers happy - they are the most important part of our business. We do however have an obligation to do some legal bits as well and they are as follows:
 
The following terms and conditions form the basis of contract between you the website user / purchaser and Prokraft (hereafter referred to as "we")
 
All items are subject to availability.
 
All prices quoted are inclusive of any UK taxes where applicable. 
 
All items remain the property of Prokraft until paid for in full.
 
All items are described as accurately as possible, all dimensions provided are approximate. We reserve the right to amend specification on any item as required, we will endeavour to advise customers of any changes before shipping items. Where items are not labelled as pairs or clearly indicated as multiples they shall be deemed to be supplied as a single article, photographic representations are not an indication of the supply of more than 1 item (some products are photographed as a range of items and displayed to show the variety available)
 
All shipping prices quoted are for delivery to mainland UK. Shipping fees exclude all overseas addresses and premium delivery services unless added to your shopping cart at time of order. Underpaid postage will be notified and can be paid by paypal or the order cancelled. Any cancelled orders not shipped will be credited in full. Premium shipping rates are only refundable prior to despatch, once despatched any charges over and above our standard shipping rates will be deemed to be a service that has been fully delivered.
 
We accept returns of our items provided they are returned to Prokraft in the original packaging (where applicable) and in unused and re-saleable condition, all return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. 
 
Whilst we will do everything to ensure your order reaches you as soon as possible we will not be held accountable for any carrier delays or errors and any claims for such will need to be made with the carrier directly - we will assist with any order details that are required such as proof of postage and order value details.
 
We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the good. We shall have no liability to pay any money to you or any third party by way of compensation other than to refund to the value of the goods supplied.
 
Items returned may be replaced or refunded, the cost of returning an item will be at the cost of the sender we will not pay any return postage fees unless agreed in writing before their despatch. Items being returned will require a form of tracking and delivery confirmation, no refunds will be made until such confirmation can be shown and the goods have been inspected. Please note that any refunds made will be for physical products and basic shipping fees, if you have selected any other shipping method than standard shipping and you order has been despatched it shall be deemed that this service has been delivered to you in full and is non-refundable.
 
Any items that arrive damaged must be notified to us in writing (by email or letter) within 14 days from date of postage (for which we hold records) and we may request evidence of any such fault claimed by means of photographic evidence. Unless otherwise stated our products do not carry any warranty outside of this 14 day period.
 
Prokraft is not responsible for the content of any material, paper or digital the company supplies that has been created by any third party.
 
Prokraft is not responsible for third party web content viewed by way of links provided by the company.
 
Prokraft is not responsible for any data collection management or cookies that arise by way of third party links provided by the company, please always refer to the policies of such third parties directly with them.
 
Any items returned from outside UK must be clearly marked on the outer packaging "RETURNS", we shall refuse any items returned to us that incur any duty, VAT or carriage charges from any carrier and that are not clearly marked.
 
Any import, taxes or duty fees arising from the shipping of Prokraft products to outside the UK are the liability of the purchaser, we will not be liable for any such charges. We shall provide an accurate statement of value for the purposes of any overseas shipment where we are required to provide such detail.
 
You have the right to cancel any order under statutory legislation within 14 days from placing your order, this will entitle you to a full refund. Refunds will not be processed until receipt of the returned order has been confirmed and the goods duly inspected. Return shipping fees are at the buyers cost and a tracked service is recommended for all returns. To cancel an order we require written advice by email within this 14 day period.
 
We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion.
