PAYMENT: We only accept PayPal but you do not need a PayPal account to use their service you can pay using a standard debit or credit card as you would with any other online payment system. We use PayPal as a trusted source that is available worldwide, it is safe for you and safe for us. We do not store any payment details on our systems.
For all orders within the UK we charge 90p for orders under 100g and orders over 100g have a standard flat-rate shipping fee of £1.99 no matter how large your order. Standard shipping is by Royal Mail second class - faster options are available at an extra charge as detailed at checkout stage.
DELIVERIES: Delivery is usually made by Royal Mail unless it is a bulk order when we may use a specialist carrier - we will of course let you know if this is the case.
UK deliveries are for all areas treated by Royal Mail as mainland, this currently includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands, Isle of Man, Guernsey and many other locations - if your location is not covered by RM we will contact you about your order. We are not responsible for delays by any carrier this is completely out of our control but we will help where we can with relevant despatch times etc.
DESPATCH: We will always try to despatch your order as soon as we can, our normal cut-off time is 12:00 noon for despatch the same day but we cannot guarantee this, there may be times when it takes us a little longer particularly if your order is very large or complex. We despatch orders Monday to Friday only.
We ship orders internationally, once you have selected the items you require choose your country from the drop-down list, this will automatically calculate the shipping fees for you. All orders shipped overseas are sent tracked and signed for. If your country does not appear in the list we do not ship to that country at present. You can get details of the cost of shipping for your order before registering or entering personal details unlike most other online businesses.
