The kit altogether makes a nice presentation set and looks classy when complete. However, I would suggest that a “tap” should be supplied to facilitate the fitting of the bottle opener into end grain. It has a very long tang and I found an 8mm drill left the hole too tight and a 9mm drill too big to make a good fir with no tendency to split the wood.

We do stock a tap for the BOT4 bottle opener but it is not practical to add one into every pack as the tool required would nearly double the price of the kits and of course you only need 1 tool set for many kits.

I was very pleased with the pack and the video instructions, Prokraft and Jon are unique in this respect and whether you are experienced or a novice there’s always lots to learn.

I think this is a good combination of kits. Impressed the bottle stop was the better one you produce. Once made I put into a small presentation box, which looks great.
