Again excellent quality. Easy to fix & looks very impressive with a long handle. Good weight. My customers love the completed knife when matched with a matching wood cheeseboard

Ok I have this a 4 stars only because the blades serrated I didn’t realise this it cuts well and
Looks good again good quality strong tang but personally I don’t like serrated edge but that’s personal but knives are great
