This set of cheese service kits are mde from a high quality stainless steel which is polished to a mirror finish.

Assembly is by inserting the threaded rod through your blank / workpiece which makes it a turn-between-centres project

Blank size for cheese knife: 115mm long, 15mmØ at blade end 12mmØ at heel

Blank size for Cheese slice: 105mm long, 15mmØ at blade end, 12mmØ at heel

A simple kit to complete that makes a superb quality set when finished

Drill size required: 4mm (thread fit) 4.5mm (push fit)

PLEASE NOTE THESE KITS ARE HAND CAST AND GROUND - THERE MAY BE SOME ADJUSTMENT REQUIRED FOR FITTING

Very well finished with the (to my mind) the essential through tang that gives strength and rigidity. This means the finished product is functional not just decorative. Would thoroughly recommend.
